BPD3669 is a linear low density thermoplastic polyethylene (LLDPE) copolymer containing hexene-1 as co-monomer. Exhibits enhanced environmental stress cracking resistance and excellent mechanical properties. Is suitable for processing by extrusion. Can be used in a silane one step crosslinking process (Monosil® for example) and in a silane two step crosslinking process (Sioplas® process). Suitable for use in cross-linked low voltage cable insulation and high performance cable jacketing applications. BPD3642 meets material specifications including ISO 1872/1-PE, KGN, 18-D045 and ASTM D 1248: Type I, Class A, Cat 3. It complies with the EU Regulation (EC) No 1935/2004, Commission Regulation (EU) No 10/2011, & Commission Regulation (EC) No 2023/2006. Also, meets the relevant requirements of regulations including RoHS-2011/65/EU, WEEE-2002/96/EC, EoL-2000/53/EC, Regulation (EC) 1907/2006, and REACH-Regulation No. 1907/2006.
